Day Set...

Day Three... Set is Korean for 3.

I ate a donut.

Then I walked a Mile.

Then I ate dinner. And it was good, and healthy.

Then I ate part of a Chunky from Twisty. It had Strawberry swirl and Cheesecake, and Cookie Dough.

I think I set myself back a day.

Stupid Donut. Stupid Ice Cream. Stupid lack of self control.

The good news though... I started my couch to 5K running last night. Will do my next day tomorrow. I'm going to take the kids to the Y and run on the treadmill since it's supposed to rain tomorrow.

No stats for today. Because I suck and I have no scale. Besides after my donut and ice cream binge... I don't know if I want anyone to know.

  1. You did great. A little donut and part of an ice cream...you probably needed the sugar. You worked it off. No set back...Today is over, so begin again. Forget about yesterday. You can do it.

  2. Go Mel! At first I couldn't understand why you were counting in Korean, then I read the previous posts and understood.

    You've inspired to jump back on the bandwagon after a three week hiatus of not going to the gym. Thanks Pal. :)
